But all that is just the secondary thing, this is really about determining the title of the "Most Powerful Fantasma Character 2005".

2005-10-28 [Adaman]: Well... I finished an update of a year old relic, the Grand Master of Offense, Cain. I've decided that it would simply be unfair of me to throw the Grand Masters of the tournament back in here, especially since there are only 3 characters per member this time around. If you're interested in seeing my reasons for not allowing Cain, here's the link to his profile Fantasma NPC: Cain. I'm sure you'll agree with me that 1 of these grand masters would whip through the tournament without competition, much less 3 of them. However, the NPCs I fill in the empty slots will be NPCs already existing as semi-characters in Fantasma, so there won't be any completely overwhelming fillers in open spots

2005-11-05 [Adaman]: Update: It has come to my attention that the weather effects are a little to harsh with regard to cold and heat. While this has only effected one battle right now, the change is for everyone to disregard the "every turn" bit of the weather ailments (with exception to DOT). I say again, this will only effect the battle between Dukane and Rehel, all other fights are not directly effected by this change.
